WILL MY JEWELRY FADE?
The Jewelry will not fade off if you take care of it. Avoid wearing it when swimming, bathing or doing sports. You may set the jewelry on a soft towel to dry, or gently pat it dry. Keeping it stored in the provided dust bag if not used frequently.
IS THE JEWELRY REAL GOLD?WHY IS IT SO CHEAP?
There are two main options in the gold jewelry market, the gold plated and the solid gold. As of now we only offer the gold plated option which means that the chain is covered in gold but inside it is filled with other material, meaning that it only has a thin layer of gold, but that lasts a lifetime.
The expensive pieces are solid gold meaning that they are totally made with gold, we are on a mission to provide stylish pieces to everyone so only offer gold plating as an option.

HOW DO I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
We know how important your order is, so we aim to fulfill orders as quickly as possible! While we cannot cancel or change an order once it has been placed, you are welcome to return your items in accordance with our Refund Policy once your order has been delivered to you.
WHY WAS MY ORDER CANCELLED?
There are several reasons why your order may have been cancelled:
- The item(s) sold out.
- There is a delay in replenishment for your item(s).
- We are unable to verify your billing information and/or your billing address does not match the credit card on file for the order.
- If the billing address stated on the order does not match with what the credit card issuer or bank has on file, please contact your credit card issuer or bank to verify that the billing information is correct. Once updated, you may create a new order using the correct billing address.
CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
Your 100% satisfaction is important for us. We offer a 30-days Return & Exchange Policy:
- If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon a delivery - we offer 100% refund.
- Timing: we have a 30-days Return & Exchange Policy, since the day item was received.
- To be eligible for a return, goods must be unopened, unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase.
- Seller will provide the customer with instructions where to send returned goods. Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations.
- Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items.
- When returned item is received and inspected, customer receives a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund.
- If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after.
